Combine stations setup for quiet service times

During quieter service times, the kitchen often operates with reduced staff, requiring adjustments to the standard preparation process. A single chef may need to oversee multiple stations, taking on additional responsibilities preparing multiple courses or dish types.

During normal operations, food preparation is distributed across multiple stations, each order is displayed on separate screens (depending on setup). However, during quieter periods, consolidating these stations into a single display can improve efficiency. By combining multiple stations onto one screen, a chef can manage and process all orders from a central location, reducing the need to move around the kitchen.
